The terms on which EasyMenue publishes this Olive Garden menu directory, including the limits of the menu, price and nutrition information.

By using Olive Garden Menu ("the site"), published by EasyMenue, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

The site is an independent, informational directory of the Olive Garden menu. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Darden Restaurants, Inc., and it is not a way to order food or to book a table. See the disclaimer and trademark notice.

2. Prices and availability are information, not an offer

Prices are set independently by each restaurant and change without notice. A price shown here is the most recent figure we imported for that restaurant, is not guaranteed to be current, and is not an offer, quotation or contract. Taxes, service charges, delivery fees, promotions and third-party delivery mark-ups are not included. The price you pay is the one the restaurant charges you.

Menus differ between restaurants and change seasonally. Where our data shows no price for an item at a restaurant, we take that to mean it is not sold there, but availability can change daily and a restaurant may serve dishes we have no record of. Always confirm with the restaurant.

3. Nutrition, ingredients and allergens

Ingredient and allergen information is incomplete by design. This site imports the Olive Garden catalogue automatically, but ingredient and allergen details are never imported. They are added by hand only where a person has confirmed them, and where they are missing that means unknown, and never none.

"Gluten Sensitive" does not mean gluten free. It is the restaurant's own designation for dishes prepared without gluten-containing ingredients. The kitchen is shared, so cross-contact with wheat and other allergens is possible, and we never present that tag as a gluten-free claim. "Vegetarian" is likewise the restaurant's own designation and is not a certification by any outside body.

Calorie figures can be a range rather than a single number, because a dish varies with portion and preparation. Where we show a range, the higher figure is the one to plan around.

If you have a food allergy, coeliac disease, an intolerance, or a medical dietary requirement, do not rely on this site. Ask your server, who can check the current allergen guide, before you order.

4. Acceptable use

You may browse, link to and quote the site normally. You may not:

  • interfere with the site or make automated requests at a rate that degrades it for others;
  • copy the site's content in bulk to republish it as a competing directory;
  • use the site to imply a relationship with Darden Restaurants, Inc. or with us; or
  • use the site for anything unlawful.

5. Intellectual property

The design, original text and arrangement of this site belong to EasyMenue. Menu data, dish photography, trademarks and brand elements belong to their respective owners and are used here to identify the products described. See the trademark notice.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the menu data is complete, current or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyMenue is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, or from reliance on any price, menu, calorie, ingredient or allergen information shown here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing here affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

We may change the site or these terms. Material changes are marked by the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which EasyMenue is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
